Hello, Beautiful Soul!
Something feels…..different to me lately. And that is so beautiful. I feel a lightness that hasn’t been there before, and an ability to hold both shadow and light simultaneously while processing, expanding and discerning.
There have been immense solar flares and the Schumann has been off the charts. History has shown me that when this occurs, it is the equivalent of an energetic ‘squeeze’, that often leaves challenges, loss, and transformation in its wake.
We are inextricably linked to our star, the Sun, and we evolve spiritually with increased frequencies released from the plasma the sun discharges randomly. We are in year 9 of an 11 year solar cycle, which is why the solar flares are increasing in intensity and frequency.
If you have just finished a bout of challenge in the form of relationship conflict(or dissolving), career path changing or clarity in abundance patterns and the call to make changes, if you are feeling absolutely lost, untethered and find yourself deep in the unknown- know that this is an indicator that you are moving through intense transformation.
Right now, channeled messages are coming though on the importance of reflecting on your communication style, and seeing where it can be improved. Not only on the communication you have with friends, partners, and aquiantances or bosses, but the communication you have with yourself, your body, and the Earth.
Where are you not listening to your body?
How are you withholding deeper connection to the land and water? (Do you hear the call to be outside but are not heeding it to the degree you are capable?)
What parts of you are self sabotaging your deeper connection to others by making assumptions, or feeding outdated belief systems? (I don’t have the support I need, people are too busy for me, no one understand me- all false belief systems that prevent you from RECEIVING.)
KEY’S KEY
Personal communication styles and speaking your truth transparently, by asking for what you need, is a necessary part of the incoming ‘upgrades’. If you can create enough space in your life to listen to the ego construct old belief paradigms, then you can respond differently to them rather than react to the old triggers, which hold you in past patterns.
When we speak our truth, ask for what we need, and witness our triggers lovingly without spiralling out, we begin to build a different kind of relationship with ourself- one that is worthy to receive a different reality, and this pulls forward a new version of ourselves that meets our life differently.
Life doesn’t change, we do. The storms don’t disappear, we learn to navigate them with a better boat.
Whatever you are traversing right now- this too shall pass. And while in the midst of the storm, remember that it is up to us to seek the Light, in all circumstances.
Here are the things that have been helping me on my path this week:
THE ALGONQUIN WATER SONG
This beautiful song needs to be shared far and wide. A few years ago I started to build a very powerful and sacred relationship with water. I work with multiple water bodies spiritually, contribute to charities involved in keeping global waters clean, and I am spiritually invested in awakening people to the truthful remembrance that water is sentient. This share is the Algonquin Water Song- please share it, sing it, let it move through you and reconnect you to the planet, your body and it’s sacred waters.
WHAT’S BLOWING MY MIND
Let’s begin with an incredible feat- the art of a german shepherd that DRAWS. Yes, he is trained to move the brush specifically how asked, but you cannot ignore the magic that happens when you witness this painting being created. It reminded me that if this pup can do it, so can I.
TIMELINE JUMPING
Everyone in the spiritual sphere is always talking about timeline jumping, but I’m not confident that people actually understand what it really is.
First- there are infinite timelines, just like there are infinite dimensions of awareness. When we ‘jump timelines’, we are shifting perspective in our awareness to see things from an alternate, and often expanded, awareness of what is. Every single choice you make in life ‘jumps’ (changes) a timeline, because every single choice creates a cascading effect of a different reality. It might not appear like that when it happens, some timelines are very close to the one we just expanded out of but truthfully this is how we move through life- different choices lead us down different corridors of experience and our awareness is constantly shifting- nothing is static, ever.
