HOW IS YOUR HEART, FRIEND?

So much has been going on and many of us have been experiencing deep initiations, profound releases and new nudges for changes in direction in regards of walking an authentic path.

For me personally, I have been thriving in phenomenal friendships, deeply in service to my community, reconnection to the element water and sacred land, and a sense of lightness and play that rarely visits but is oh so welcome in my life.

I have made drastic internal shifts that are starting to show up in my external life/ lived reality. For those of you still in the dredges of your awakening and challenge still abounds in your life- I SEE YOU. You are not alone. Hold the course- I promise you it gets easier. Not on the timeline you desire, and not likely in the way you will have envisioned, but be open to the possibility that when this does in fact pass and ease, you may be blindsided by the most beautiful shift you could have possibly imagined. Your life will become unrecognizable to you and in that moment, when the momentum built from the darkest night of your soul finally expresses itself into profound life changes and internal shifts leading you back to love, know this:

IT WILL HAVE BEEN WORTH IT.

Do not waver. Do not stop doing the work.

Take time to breathe into the newness and then continue on, walking reverently wherever you go for it is not for us to decide what is sacred. Sacredness is becoming your life- every single moment of it as sacred as the one before. Saying yes to life requires us to say yes to all of it- the good, the bad, the grief, the joy, the abundance, and fear- ALL OF IT. All of it is sacred.

None of the emotional experiences are less valuable than the others. When we say yes to being human- to living an authentic, imperfect, messy life that consists of life being expressed through us, unrestricted, we are reconnected to all things- to each other, to nature, to ourselves.

This is what it means to live a full life. SAYING YES. And in saying yes, we also say yes to imperfection, to compassion, to empowered choice. Eventually, this returns us to Love.

What is meant for you to tend and thus grow and expand through shows up as reflections of the challenges you have with self. This is Universal Law.”

In the coming months, I will be moving my work onto Substack to tend a deeper call of sharing writings in the most natural way that I absolutely love doing - and that means writing! This newsletter will stay and be shorter in length, the posts on Substack are going to be longer- fuller expressions of my voice where I will write full teachings, channeled messages and deep dives into spiritual concepts all in one space! A REMINDER TO ALWAYS TRUST YOUR GUT

Trusting my gut has saved my life- twice.

We are in a deep reclamation (especially women) of our deepest wisdom- our intuition. As truth becomes indistinguishable from AI, trusting our innate, human wisdom will become one of the most important skills to retain moving forward. If we do not foster true co creative capacities (relational between humans and nature) and innate free form thinking, we will lose our humanity.

Evolution will occur, it is our choice to define what it is to be in right relationship with all things- and that includes AI/ technology.

We are learning to heal and trust our bodies, and within every cell is a divine wisdom that bypasses the mental plane and lives directly through experience.

Trust your gut. ALWAYS.

This is a beautiful podcast with Shaman Alberto Villolda that speaks so accurately as to how I truly feel about Shamanism. So many things he spoke of accurately explain what it feels like to walk the shamanic path. My entire work is rooted in Zulu and Dagara Shamanism. Everything he said rang so deeply true, it was a fabulous listen.
